Privacy, plainly.

Who this covers

This notice covers Nerdra The White at nerdrathewhite.com. Nerdra is a pre-formation brand, not a registered LLC. External stores have their own terms and privacy policies.

Email requests

If you ask for future emails, we save your email address, selected interests, signup time, the page you used and the version of the permission statement you accepted. The current list holds requests awaiting confirmation. Email delivery is not connected, and no marketing is sent through this form.

Before sending marketing, we will require address confirmation and a configured sender. Pending requests are eligible for deletion after 90 days; cleanup runs as the signup service is used. We do not sell your email address or add merchant customers or scraped contacts to this list.

Unsubscribe and remove your email

Use the email removal form. It removes the matching readable email and interests and keeps a protected suppression identifier so the address will not be marketed to. The form gives the same response whether or not the address was on the list. Our future emails must also include an unsubscribe option.

Basic visit and click counts

We count page-load, preview, worksheet-download, next-step and merchant-link events by guide, date and a short campaign label. We do not set advertising cookies, create visitor profiles or store names, email addresses, full referring URLs or browsing histories in these counts. Counts are not unique visitors, completed downloads, sales or evidence of commission. Repeated visits, bots and blocked requests can affect them. The counting script respects browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.

Storage and security

Signup records are stored in an access-controlled database provided through the site's hosting. There is no public subscriber directory or list-download endpoint. The host processes network data to deliver the site. Short-lived protected network identifiers limit automated submissions; expired rate-limit entries are removed as the service is used. No payment details are collected here.

Other services on the page

Pages may load YouTube players. Product previews hosted on this site do not contact the merchant until you follow a link. Those providers receive normal connection data when their content loads and apply their own privacy rules. Following a merchant link takes you to that merchant's service.

Affiliate links and purchases

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Nerdra may also earn from eligible Audible actions, paid systeme.io plans and original merchandise sold through Spreadshop. Disclosures appear beside relevant offers. Product prices, availability, eligibility and final terms are provided by the merchant.

Amazon, Audible, systeme.io and Spreadshop handle their own checkout, delivery, billing, cancellations and customer support. Use your order confirmation or the merchant's support service for purchase help. Nerdra does not promise a refund or override merchant terms.

Age

The email signup is for adults age 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children's email addresses.
